Filmový rezistor technické zázemí.
Jaký je rozdíl mezi rezistorem tlustého filmu a rezistorem tenkého filmu.
Tenkovrstvé a tlustovrstvé rezistory jsou nejběžnějšími typy na trhu. Vyznačují se odporovou vrstvou na keramickém podkladu. I když mohou vypadat velmi podobně, jejich vlastnosti a výrobní procesy jsou zcela odlišné. Název pochází z různých tloušťek vrstev. Tloušťka filmu je asi 0.1 mikronu nebo méně, zatímco tlustý film je asi tisíckrát tlustý. Hlavním rozdílem je však způsob nanášení odporové fólie na podklad. Filmový rezistor má kovový film, který je vakuově uložen na izolačním substrátu. Tlustý filmový rezistor se vyrábí vypalováním speciální pasty na substrát. Pasta je směsí skla a oxidů kovů. Film je přesnější, teplotní koeficient je lepší a stabilnější, takže může konkurovat dalším vysoce přesným technologiím, jako je navíjení drátu nebo bloková kovová fólie. Na druhou stranu jsou tlusté fólie preferovány pro aplikace, které nejsou striktně vyžadovány, protože cena je mnohem nižší.
